Lorenz Weather Mapping Group offers state of the art weather analysis

Welcome! Review our weather incident cases, member pages and research

Lorenz Weather Mapping Group is studying the strange and unusual weather phenomena conventional research groups don't cover.

Research Focus

Our research focus is on studying the conditions surrounding rare weather phenomena and the impact they might have on our planet. Even an isolated event, that at first glance could appear harmless, may disturb the global climate. We consider and treat with great responsibility all the strange weather phenomena that are reported to us. We believe that by understanding and researching these rare cases, we can make great discoveries in the field of climate science.

Partners

We work in close partnership with universities such as Goethe-Universität and Freie Universität Berlin. Our research projects are partially funded by climate funds as well as external contributors and fund raising events.
